Jack S. Cash, Jr.

Principal – Dillon Development Partners LLC

Jack Cash, a founding partner at Dillon, has nearly 30 years of experience managing a wide variety of projects.  After his discharge from the US Navy, Jack managed engineers in the design and construction of commercial nuclear power stations. During this period, Jack became widely recognized as one of a small group of technical experts in the analysis and resolution of concerns surrounding instrumentation issues in commercial nuclear power plants.

More recently, he was a founding partner in a full service commercial architectural firm where he was responsible for virtually all projects during the construction phase facilitating the commercial and technical interface between builder, owner, architect and consulting engineers.  Project types include medical office buildings, retail space, schools, churches and restaurants.


Demiray Property
Brunswick, MD

Dillon Development Partners is providing Project Management for this 253 acre development, including managing the process of budgeting, scheduling, landscape architecture and engineering design for the Demiray family.  As the Principal -in-Charge of this project, he oversees all Project Management staff.

The project will incorporate green architecture and sustainable products throughout this community, potentially including geothermal heating and cooling, solar panels, heat exchangers and hot water pre-heaters and rain water collection for irrigation.

National Labor College

Through an association with another real estate developer, Dillon Development Partners, LLC is providing project management services at the National Labor College.  As the Project Manager Jack is on-site daily addressing construction and design issues on the Owner’s behalf for their $48 million campaign of new construction and renovations for the AFL-CIO facility.

New Dormitory

A new 3-story 30,000 SF dormitory featuring 44 guest suites with private bathrooms, public laundry rooms, computer room and lounges.

North Dormitory

A renovation of 4-story 30,000 SF dormitory featuring student lounges on each floor, 56 guest rooms, wireless LAN access throughout building, new high efficiency windows and exterior doors, upgraded electrical, lighting, fire alarm and mechanical systems.

A new 150,000 SF two story elementary school featuring open plan classrooms, library, computer lab, cafetorium, athletic fields, playgrounds and music room
